在促进大学生就业的视域中,政府的法律责任不可缺位。基于对政府促进大学生就业的法理基础、现实依据和法律责任定位的考量,确立政府法律责任体系、明晰政府及其工作人员的法律责任、廓清政府在反歧视就业中的法律责任、扩大政府法律责任的可诉性范围,乃是完善大学生就业中政府法律责任的进路。

On the basis of considering legal principle, realistic basis and legal responsibility, the approach for legal liability of the government to promote undergraduate employment consists in the establishment of legal liability system of the government, perspicuity of legal liability of the government and its staffs, expurgation of legal reliability of the government in anti-discrimination in employment as well as increasing the range of justiciability 1o the government liability.
