网银犯罪活动的现状分析及防范对策

在网络银行业务日渐发展的同时,其安全性问题已经成为制约网银发展的主要因素。自2005年起,关于网络银行的安全问题严重性的报道和争执就有愈演愈烈的趋势。近几年,发生多起倍受关注的网银安全事件发生。多名网银客户发生网上资金被盗事件,涉及20多个省份。本文针对网络银行犯罪活动的现状进行了成因分析,从计算机技术角度提出了若干防范策略。最后,文章提出了制止网银犯罪的其他策略与方法,指出打击网银犯罪将是一个长期和艰巨的任务,有待各方面的力量集中统一起来。

With the network bank business development in the meantime, the growing security problem has already become the main factors restricting network bank development. Since 2005, about the network bank security problems of severity reports and dispute have intensified trend. In recent years, more people pay more attention to the occur of network bank＇s safety incident. Many network bank client happen online fund stolen events, involving more than 20 provinces. This paper in view of the network bank criminal ac- tivities on the current situation of genesis analysis, from computer technology Angle, puts forward some preventive strategy. Finally, this paper puts forward the other strategies and methods to stop network bank crime, and points out that the strike of network bank crime will be a long-term and arduous task,expect to all kinds of power to be centralized and unified.
