巴曲酶辅助治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation of Batroxobin Auxiliary Treatment to Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨巴曲酶辅助治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院2009年6月至2010年9月收治的84例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组、对照组各42例。所有患者均采用常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用巴曲酶治疗。观察和比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后7、14 d神经功能缺损平均评分均显著低于对照组(t=10.29,P<0.05;t=11.74,P<0.05)。观察组总显效率为92.86%,对照组总显效率为61.90%,观察组总显效率显著高于对照组(χ2=11.49,P<0.05)。治疗前后观察组凝血功能均处于正常水平,观察组凝血功能检测指标治疗前后改变均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组无一例发生过敏、脑出血等不良反应。结论对于急性脑梗死患者,应用巴曲酶辅助治疗,能有效改善患者神经功能缺损,降低纤维蛋白原浓度,改善患者高凝状态,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of batroxobin auxiliary treatment to acute cerebral infarction.Methods 84 cases of acute cerebral infarction in the third hospital affiliated to Qiqihar medical college from June 2009 to September 2010 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with each 42 cases.All patients adopted normal symptomatic treatment,the observation group added batroxobin.To observe and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results The average score of neural function defect in the observation group after treatment 7,14 d were significantly lower than those of the control group（t=10.29,P0.05;t=11.74,P0.05）.The efficiency of the observation group was 92.86%,the efficiency of the control group was 61.90%,the efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group（χ2 = 11.49,P0.05）.The coagulant function of observation group before and after treatment were in normal level,the coagulant function testing index of observation group before and after treatment had statistically significant change（P0.01）.During treatment,the observation group occurred no one case of allergies,intracerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,application of batroxobin treatment can effectively improve the neurologic deficits,can effectively reduce the fibrin concentration,improve patients′ high pour-point state,was safe and effective.
