摘要 为满足包钢薄板厂连铸连轧生产线和二炼钢对水源水质量的要求,采用常规处理-活性炭过滤预处理-一级反渗透系统-二级反渗透系统这一新型水处理技术,以黄河新水为原水,经运行过程的改进完善,处理出水能够满足水质水量的使用要求,工艺系统实现了安全稳定高效的运行效果,操作维护方便。 In order to meet the requirement of raw water quality for continuous casting and rolling production line and NO.2 steel making works in Baogang CSP plant,a novel technology composed by the processes of conventional treatment,activated carbon filtration pretreatment,single-stage reverse osmosis system and two-stage reverse osmosis system was adopted for the water treatment.Taking new water from Yellow River as the raw water,the effect of the said technology on water treatment was tested.The results indicated that,the quality and quantity of the effluent water satisfied the usage requirement,the operation of the technical system was safe,stable and efficient,and the system manipulation and maintenance was convenient.
