摘要
电子商务的高速发展对于多元化多层次的人才提出了更高地需求。本文首先分析了目前电子商务人才培养所存在的问题，并从财经类独立学院的特点出发探讨了其电子商务人才培养模式，最后从课程体系、师资、实践教学5个方面提出了提高人才培养质量的具体措施。
Fast Development of e--commerce demand more and more diversified talents. This paper firstly analyzed the exsiting problems of e-commerce professional cultivation in china currently, and discussed the e--commorce talents training pattern based on the features of the finance independent colleges, and finally provided the solutions for improving the quality of cultivation from three aspects of curriculums, professional teacher, practice training.
