水泥回转窑中煤粉燃烧的热态数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 NC型四风道煤粉燃烧器建立了燃烧器—回转窑物理模型,利用流体分析软件FLUENT对窑内燃烧情况进行了数值模拟,分析了窑内煤粉燃烧温度场及组分浓度场的分布规律,并与实际情况进行对比,计算结果符合实际燃烧规律,说明该数值分析结果可以为同类燃烧器的合理设计与优化运行提供参考。 Aecording to NC type four-channel coal burner, the physical model is established. In order to obtain the distribution rules of the combustion temperature and components concentration field, the combustion eondition of coal in cement rotau kiln is simulated by FLUENT. Compared with the fact, the analysis results shows that it is practieal and helpful to the reasonable design and optimize opera- tion of burners.
