摘要 目的探讨卵巢癌腹腔热化疗的最佳温度,寻求卵巢癌腹腔热化疗的最佳方案.方法 三组患者采用不同温度顺铂进行腹腔热化疗,第一组温度维持在37℃~40℃,第二组41℃~43℃,第三组44℃~46℃,观察其疗效及毒副反应,比较三组KPS评分及体重变化.结果 温度维持在41℃~43℃的第二组近期有效率、改善率优于第一和第三组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且毒副反应最轻、体重减轻少.结论 温度维持在41℃~43℃时顺铂与腹腔热疗的协同效应较为理想,可提高疗效,并能减轻全身毒性反应. Objective To explore the optimum temperature for intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy for ovarian cancer, the best solution. Methods Three groups were conducted with different temperature Intraperitoneal cisplatin chemotherapy, the first set temperature is maintained at 37 - 40 ℃ , the second set temperature is maintained at 41 - 43 ℃ , the third group the temperature maintained at 44 -46 ℃ , observed recent efficacy and toxicity, compared three groups of KIDS score and body weight changes. Results For the recent efficiency rate and improvement rate, with the temperature maintained at 41 -43 ℃, the second group was better than the first, the third group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) , and was with the least toxicity of the lightest and less weight loss. Conclusion The temperature is maintained at 41 - 43 ℃ when the intraperitoneal cisplatin ideal synergistic effect of hyperthermia may improve efficacy and reduce systemic toxicity.
