预扩容对妊高症患者剖宫产血流动力学的影响 被引量：2

摘要 妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）是妊娠期特发疾症,是对母婴具有极大危险的并发症.妊高征患者剖宫产术要求麻醉起效快、肌松好、镇痛完善,对呼吸循环影响小,维持血压平稳血流动力学平稳,腰麻硬膜外联合阻滞（CSEA）是其首选麻醉方法,但CSEA麻醉常有血压显著下降、恶心呕吐等副作用,严重者甚至危及生命.CSEA前预扩容可以在一定程度上防止血流动力学的波动,但不同的注射液扩容效果也不相同.本研究旨在观察天晴宁和长源雪安注射液在CSEA前预扩容对妊高征患者血流动力学的影响.
