By means of questionnaire survey,document data,interview and statistical analysis,this paper makes a survey on the background,development and realistic foundation of the Line Dance.This paper indicates that line dance gets its blend in inheriting,developing and spreading.Also Line Dance is a mix of music,dance,culture and sport.Furthermore,Line Dance promotes itself among norm,solemn,freedom and diversification.It makes a balance between recreation,fitness,performance and athletics.
