P.E.course is a concentrated expression of the P.E.spirit in university as well as an important way to personnel training.Basing on analyzing the actuality of P.E.course development in Chinese university and college,and learning from the idea of managing university,the article puts forward some construction tactics to P.E.course in Research University from providing quality environment,building first-class management and teaching team,establishing a sense of service,forming brand strengths,introducing competitive mechanism,creating unique P.E.culture.We expect it benefit to Research University guiding the reform and development of P.E.course in Chinese university and college.
