广州市外来务工家长手足口病相关知识现状调查

Investigation on Knowledge of Hand-foot-mouth Disease Among Parents From Migrant Workers in Guangzhou City

目的了解广州市外来务工家长手足口病相关知识的现状,为进一步采取健康干预措施提供依据。方法整群抽取广州市各区托幼机构外来务工家长为调查对象,进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果共对12所托幼机构的489名外来务工家长进行有效问卷调查,家长的文化程度普遍较低,对手足口病具有传染性有一定了解,但对其传播途径、有无疫苗等知晓率较低。外来务工家长对健康的卫生习惯接受程度较高,对手足口病信息的获取不满意,家长最希望通过电视、讲座及短信等渠道获得关于手足口病的防治知识。结论外来务工家长手足口病相关的健康知识较缺乏,应注重加强对该人群的健康教育与管理。

OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge,attitude and belief practice of hand-foot-mouth disease among parents from migrant workers in Guangzhou City and to provide a reference for further health intervention.METHODS Respondents were selected by a systematic cluster sampling in different areas of Guangzhou and a questionnaire survey was conducted,statistical analysis was practiced with Epidata and SPSS.RESULTS A total of 489 migrant parents in 12 nurseries provied valid investigations,parents had a certain understanding of HFMD,however,they had different awareness of its transmission,vaccine.Migrant workers had a higher degree of acceptions of hygiene,they were not satisfied with information that they have received,Most parents hope that through television,SMS and other sources to gain the knowledge of HFMD prevention and control.CONCLUSION Migrant workers lacked HFMD relevant health knowledge relatively,the education and management should be strengthen to this special crowd.
