摘要
目的研究湖南省农村肺结核病患者劳动力损伤及其影响因素。方法以分层抽样方法随机抽取肺结核病患者进行2次现况研究。结果本研究在湖南省随机抽取6个县的肺结核病人中,再随机抽取388例肺结核病患者进行调查,最终获得355例有效资料(应答率为91.5)。结果显示,湖南省农村肺结核病患者总的劳动力损伤率为43.7,其主要影响因素有年龄(OR=3.947)、文化程度(OR=1.509)及患者劳动力基线水平(OR=0.418)。结论湖南省农村肺结核病患者劳动力损伤明显,损伤程度主要与患者年龄、文化程度和劳动力基线水平有关。
OBJECTVES To investigate the current situation of labor loss of Pulmonary Tuberculosis（PTB） patients and its influencing factors in the rural areas of Hu＇nan Province.METHOD We randomly selected the PTB cases from 6 counties in Hu＇nan,and then two cross-sectional studies followed.RESULTS Totally 388 PTB cases were randomly selected from 6 sampled counties,of them,355 cases were investigated（the corresponding rate is 91.5）.The results showed that the total rate of labor loss of PTB patients in Hu＇nan rural district is 43.7,and the age（OR =3.947）,education level（OR =1.509）,and labor baseline（OR =0.418） are the main risk factors.CONCLUSION The labor loss of PTB cases in rural areas of Hu＇nan Province is very common and may be mainly related with age,education level and labor baseline.
