同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌

Clinical Trial of Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in Locally Advanced Cervical Carcinoma

目的:探讨同步化放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法:将120例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分成单放组、顺铂组和顺铂联合紫杉醇组各40例,比较三组的疗效和毒副反应。结果:顺铂组和顺铂联合紫杉醇组的有效率分别为95.0%和97.5%,与单放组67.5%相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);同步放化疗两组的三年生存率,局部复发率及远处转移率与单放组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05);同步放化疗两组的骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应明显高于单放组。结论:以顺铂为主的同步放化疗能明显提高中晚期宫颈癌患者的近期疗效及生存率,降低局部复发率及远处转移率,毒副反应较重,但患者都能接受。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect and side effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced cervical carcinoma.Methods：120 cases with locally advanced cervical carcinoma were randomized into three groups：only radiotherapy group（40 cases）,cisplatin group（40 cases）and cisplatin combined taxol group（40 cases）.The therapeutic effect and side effect were observed and compared.Results：The effective rate was 95.0%,97.5%,67.5%in cisplatin group,in cisplatin combined taxol group and only radiotherapy group,with significant difference among them（P0.05）.There was significant difference in the rate of three-year survive,local recurrence and distant metastasis of chemoradiotherapy group and only radiotherapy group.There was more obviously side effect of digestive tract and kidney damage in chemoradiotherapy group,compared with only radiotherapy group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Concurrent chemoradiotherapy on locally advanced cervical carcinoma can significantly improve the effective rate and the patients＇survival,reduce the local recurrence and distant metastasis.There are some acute side effects,but the patients could tolerate.
