不同剂量速效救心丸对妊娠小鼠血液指标的影响

Effect of Different Doses Suxiao Jiuxin Wan on Blood Indexes of Pregnant Mice

通过在饲料中拌饲不同剂量的速效救心丸,测定其对妊娠小白鼠血液指标的影响,探讨速效救心丸对缓解妊娠小鼠胎儿宫内生长迟缓(intrauterine growth retardation,IUGR)的作用。将140只雌鼠随机分为对照组、250 mg/kg、500 mg/kg和750 mg/kg速效救心丸组。待小白鼠妊娠15 d时颈静脉采血,CA-500全自动血液分析仪分析血液样品,牺牲孕鼠,作胎仔生长发育指标测定。结果:(1)500 mg/kg和750 mg/kg速效救心丸组WBC、RBC、HGB较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),750 mg/kg速效救心丸组PLT较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);(2)500 mg/kg和750 mg/kg组平均胎仔重和子宫胎盘重较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),IUGR数较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),750 mg/kg组胎仔数较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:速效救心丸对妊娠小白鼠血液指标有明显改善作用,可能在缓解妊娠母鼠IUGR上具有一定的作用。

To observe the changes of the blood of pregnant mice indicators caused by adding distinct dose Quick-Acting Heart Reliever.and investigate the role of alleviate IUGR in pregnancy mice.140 famale mice were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group were given basis diet.The Quick-Acting Heart Reliever group were fed the diets with 250 mg/kg Quick-Acting Heart Reliever,500 mg/kg Quick-Acting Heart Reliever and 750 mg/kg Quick-Acting Heart Reliever.The blood sample were picked by neck vein after pregnancy 15 d,then it was measured by CA-500 automatic blood analyzer.The results show that（1） 500 mg/kg Quick-Acting Heart Reliever and 750 mg/kg Quick-Acting Heart Reliever group RBC、HGB、WBC were significantly more（P0.05） than that of the control group,750 mg/kg Quick-Acting Heart Reliever group PLT were significantly less（P0.05） than that of the control group,（2）The number of fetal,the average weight of fetal,the weight of uterus and placenta of the 500 mg/kg and 750 mg/kg QAHR groups were significantly more（P0.05） than that of the control group,but the number of the IUGR were significantly lower（P0.05） than that of the control group.Conclusion： The Quick-Acting Heart Reliever had obvious improvement on the blood cells of the pregnant.This may be have some degree of alleviating action on IUGR of mice.
