高产商品蛋鸡群非典型新城疫的诊断

Diagnosis and Treatment for Atypical Chicken Newcastle Disease of High Yield Commercial Laying Hens

通过流行病学调查、病鸡剖检、血清学调查和病原分离鉴定,诊断贵州省某场鸡群发生了非典型新城疫。采取新城疫疫苗紧急接种,并投喂抗生素预防细菌继发感染等措施,有效控制了疫情。

In order to diagnosis the sick chicken,the sick chicken were dissected and observed,the antibody against to Newcastle disease virus and Egg drop syndrome virus and H9 sup-type influenza were detected,and the pathogen was isolated and identified,the epidemiological investigation was made.All results showed the chicken has happened atypical Newcastle Disease.Through Newcastle disease vaccine inoculation and feeding of antibiotics to prevent bacteria infection,the disease was controlled finally,and huge economic loss was avoided.
