摘要
通过室内外和现场论证性试验,对碾压混凝土初凝时间进行测定,证实研制得出的高温缓凝减水剂,在夏季高气温条件下,碾压混凝土初凝时间达到6h~8h的要求。通过对掺高温缓凝减水剂碾压混凝土的物理力学特性和耐久性能的研究,最终推荐出BZ高温缓凝减水剂。文中研究了水泥和细骨料的不同对碾压混凝土初凝时间的影响;研究了环境条件对碾压混凝土初凝时间的影响,同时给出近似关系式。
By measuring the initial setting time of RCC
indoor,outdoor and in situ,it was proved that the initial setting time of RCC reached 6~8 hours
in high temperature summer by adopting the developed high temperature set retarding and
water reducing admixture.The research was carried out on the physical mechanical
characteristics and durability of RCC which was admixed with high temperature set retarding
and water reducing admixture,as a result the admixture named BZ was recommended.In this
paper the influence of cement type,fine aggregate type and environmental conditions on the
initial setting time of RCC was studied,and the approximate relational expression was given.
