摘要 用自育的六倍体小偃麦与中间偃麦草回交的新途径选育多年生小麦。着重对F1~F3杂种后代的不同培育方法、多年生特性各世代的选择要点、高低世代农艺性状的选择分别提出了不同的要求与侧重点,并对多年生小麦的培育与选择进行了较详细的分析与阐述,其中对多年生特性的两重性及聚合二倍体长穗偃麦草、六倍体中间偃麦草的多年生特性,选育超级多年生小麦进行了讨论。 A new approach to breed and select perennial wheat by backcross self-bred hexaploid Trititrigia with Thinopyrum Intermedium was performed.The key point of this study was different breeding methods from F1 to F3,essential selection criteria for perenniality of different generations as well as agronomic traits selection of low and high generation respectively.Meanwhile,in this study,the breeding and selection method of perennial wheat was introduced in detail.Other two aspects discussed in this study were as follow:firstly,perenniality was determined by two essential determinants.secondly,convergent cross could be used for both diploid Thinopyrum elongatum and octoploid Trititrigia in order to pyramid the genes for perenniality and at the end,super perennial wheat could be produced with high perennaility.
