黄精种子休眠原因的研究

Study on Dormancy of Reason of Polygonatum sibiricum Red. Seed

目的:探讨黄精种子的休眠原因。方法:研究黄精种子的吸水规律、各部位(种皮、胚乳和胚)内源抑制物质的生物测定和进行组织培养等。结果:黄精种子吸水缓慢;种子不同部位均存在不同程度的发芽抑制物质;组织培养时,不同处理的种子萌发存在差异。结论:黄精种子胚乳吸水障碍以及种子各部位含有不同程度的内源抑制物质等可能是其休眠期长、不易萌发、发芽率低的主要原因。

Purpose：To find out the reasons of seed dormancy of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.Methods：Study on water absorption rules in Polygonatum sibiricum Red.seeds,bioassays of endogenesis inhibitors of seed coat,endosperm and embryo as well as tissue culture etc.Results：Polygonatum sibiricum Red.seeds had slow water absorption,and there were endogenetic inhibitors exist in seed coat,endosperm and embryo of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.seeds.In addition,there were differences in germination when the different treatments of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.seeds were carried out tissue culture.Conclusions：This results suggested that water absorption barriers of endosperm and endogenetic inhibitory substances might be the main reasons of long period dormancy,uneasy germination and low germination rate of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.seeds.
