摘要
对不同种植年限设施栽培土壤微生物量氮和土壤主要养分因子进行跟踪测定,并将结果进行了相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明,各种植年限设施栽培土壤微生物量氮显著高于露地土壤,且随时间的推移呈现先升高后下降的变化趋势,设施土壤微生物量氮含量基本随种植年限的延长而升高。土壤微生物量氮含量的多少能够反映土壤肥力水平的高低。
The microbial biomass nitrogen and main nutrient factors in sheltered soil were successively determined and analyzed by correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the microbial biomass nitrogen content in sheltered soil was significantly higher than that in open field,and it increased firstly and then decreased with the extension of sampling time.The soil microbial biomass nitrogen content also increased with the prolongation of the sheltered planting years.The soil microbial biomass nitrogen content could reflect the soil fertility.
