气相色谱测定沼气成分的优化方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 厌氧发酵过程中,沼气组成成分及其含量不仅是判断厌氧发酵所处阶段的重要指标,也能直观地反映厌氧发酵罐的运行情况。本试验用气相色谱优化方法对沼气三种主要成分CH4、CO2、H2S及其含量进行检测,结果表明,沼气各成分出峰时间间隔清晰,容易识别;精密度较好,甲烷、二氧化碳、硫化氢的标准偏差分别为0.0109%、0.0966%、0.1217%,变异系数分别为0.016%、0.314%、0.816%。该优化方法操作简单、方便,定性、定量准确可靠,是一种检测沼气成分的实用方法。 During the process of anaerobic fermentation,the components and their contents of biogas not only are the important indexes to estimate the anaerobic fermentation phase,but also directly reflect the operation situation of anaerobic fermentation.In this paper,three main components of biogas,CH4,CO2,H2S,and their contents were determined by GC.The results showed that each biogas component had clear peak time and was easy to be identified.The optimization method had better precision.The standard deviation of CH4,CO2,H2S was 0.0109%,0.0966%,0.1217%,respectively.The variation coefficient of CH4,CO2,H2S was 0.016%,0.314%,0.816%,respectively.The optimization method was simple,convenient,qualitative,quantitative,accurate and reliable.So it was a practical method for detecting biogas components.
