农产品供应链能够正常运转的精髓在于各参与方间的合作,能否处理好合作关系,是农产品供应链成败与否的关键。农产品供应链合作风险中一个危害性极大的风险就是信任风险。规避农产品供应链信任风险应平衡合作双方的地位、进行动态合同控制、建立有效的激励和利益分配机制以及建立定期的沟通和交流制度等。

Cooperation among parties is the most important for normal operation of agro-food supply chains.Handling the cooperation well was the key to success of the agro-food supply chain.Trust risk is a great harm to agro-food supply chains.To avoid it,the position of both cooperation parties should be balanced,the contract should be controlled dynamically,the mechanisms of effective incentive and benefit distribution and the system of regular communication and exchange should be established.
