改造柯达CR机成像板在普通曲面断层机上数字化应用

摘要 目的改造柯达CR机成像板(IP板)使其适用于普通曲面断层机上,得到数字化影像资料。方法 IP板1张、环氧绝缘板1张和强力胶1个,经过适当的裁剪、粘贴、牢固与打磨等处理后,改造成普通曲面断层机的专用IP板。对应用改造后的IP板获得的2 000例数字化曲面断层片与2 000例普通曲面断层片进行回顾性对比分析。结果改造后的IP板操作简单,所获得的数字化照片的质量明显优于水洗照片。结论改造柯达CR机IP板应用于普通曲面断层机适宜推广应用。 Objective To reconstruct Kodak CR imaging plate(IP) to be fit for application on common curved surface fault machine and get digital image data. Methods A piece of imaging plate,a piece of epoxy insulation board and a super glue were used to transform into a special imaging plate for the ordinary curved surface fault machine after being properly cut,pasted,fixed and polished.A cross-check retrospective analysis was done for 2 000 digital films and 2 000 ordinary films. Results Reconstructed IP plate was easy to handle and the quality of digital photos obtained was superior to that of the water films. Conclusion Reconstruction of the Kodak CR imaging plate is applicable for common curved surface fault machine.
