基于OTSU算法的垩白米检测方法研究

Study on Chalky Rice Detection Based on OTSU Algorithm

提出了一种基于OTSU的垩白米检测算法,并与基于固定阈值的检测算法进行了试验对比分析.OTSU算法具有自适应选择最佳分割阈值的特点,且可以实现多阈值自适应分割,分割效果比较理想.试验结果表明,该算法可以有效的提高垩白米的识别准确率,而且识别效果好于基于固定阈值的检测算法.

A chalky rice detection approach based on OTSU algorithm was proposed.OTSU algorithm has the capability of automatically selecting the optimum segmenting threshold,as well as multi-threshold segmentation,which could obtain an ideal segmenting result.As the experiment indicated,it has a high identification ratio,which could detect chalky rice efficiently in contrast to the algorithm based on fixed threshold.
