摘要 重点研究了统收式软摘锭采棉机正压输送系统,并对该系统进行了模拟试验研究,以寻求统收式采棉机正压输送系统优化设计方案,本文利用Solidworks软件来完成模型的建立,采用CFD软件Floworks对三维有限元模型进行试验研究,得到了入口流量、采摘头内部输送方式为影响采摘头出口流速的主要因素,模拟试验的结果与理论分析一致,该结果为统收式采棉机正压输送系统设计提供必要的理论指导. Simulation on normal pressure conveying system of cotton harvester was studied to optimize the normal pressure conveying system.Models were designed by Solidworks and experimental study on dimensional design finite element models were made by CFD and Floworks.The results showed that the main factors on export velocity of cotton harvester head is its entrance flow and transmission mode.The simulation results are the same as those of theoretical analysis.The results can provide theoretical basis for the overall normal pressure Conveying system designation.
