摘要
为筛选刺五加多糖的热水浸提最佳工艺.以提取温度、提取时间、水料比及提取次数为因子,设计L9(34)正交试验,利用SPSS13.0进行方差分析.确立了在温度为80℃下,水料比为20∶1,提取150 min,提取1次的热水浸提最佳条件组合.该工艺具有生产周期短,生产成本低,操作简单,得糖率高等优点,具有推广价值.
For the screening of polysaccharides hot water extraction mention optimal process, the factors of extract temperature, extraction time, water feeding ratio and extraction times were studied using L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal experiment. The optimum condition combination was 80 ℃ under water for 20:1 material than 150 rain, extraction, extraction 1 timehot water extraction mention.
