摘要
目前抗菌包装是食品包装研究的热点,多层抗菌包装材料相较于其他抗菌包装材料,具有机械性能好,抗菌物质释放效果理想等优势。本文介绍了以聚烯烃类膜为底膜,涂层生物聚合物膜制备的多层抗菌包装膜的方法。概述了采用表面接枝改性、电晕处理和等离子体离子注入法等方法,改善底膜和生物高分子之间的粘附性,并对今后多层抗菌包装的发展提出了展望。
Currently research on antimicrobial food packaging is very highlighted.Compared with other antimicrobial packaging materials,multi-antimicrobial packaging materials demonstrate more distinct advantages,such as excellent mechanical properties and slower antibiotic release rate.Preparative method of multi-antimicrobial packaging,which using polyolefin film as basic membranes,and coating biopolymer,is discussed in this paper.Surface grafting modification,corona treatment,ion implantation are introduced to improve the adhesion between basic membranes and biopolymer.The future prospects of multi-antimicrobial packaging were also reviewed in this paper.
