摘要
目前薄壁钢管混凝土在巷(隧)道支护中的应用较少;然而,围岩支护和薄壁钢管混凝土的相关研究均已展开,且相关的试验方法和数值模拟都取得了有益的结论,对这些研究成果进行总结,并对今后的研究工作进行展望。结果表明,与普通的型钢支架巷道支护相比,薄壁钢管混凝土具有承载力高、成本低,与围岩的协同作用好等优势,但仍有许多关键技术问题亟待解决,如薄壁钢管混凝土与围岩的耦合作用、如何设置合理的构造措施保证其承载力的稳定发挥以及适用于工程实践的简化计算方法等。
At present, it is not common to use concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubes as the roadway(tunnel) supporting. However, there are lots of researches on surrounding rock supports and concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubes respectively, and plenty of available conclusions of relevant test methods and numerical simulations have been obtained .This paper is to make a summary of these results and then a outlook for the future study is raised. It is concluded that the concrete-filled thin-walled steel tube is of higher bearing capacity, good cooperation with surrounding rocks as well as lower cost. But some critical problems still need to be solved, such as the coupling effect between the concrete-filled thin-walled steel tube and surrounding rocks, how to ensure its stable bearing capacity through proper construction measure and simplified calculation method for engineering practice.
