摘要
盘古大观钢结构写字楼是毗邻2008奥运会主场馆的超高层建筑。在对结构进行抗震性能分析的过程中,为了使结构满足抗震规范罕遇烈度下的相关要求,并使结构的抗震能力进一步提高,选取加强传统结构抗侧体系、增加结构支撑能力和采用抗震阻尼器耗能减振等不同的抗震方案,并对其具体内容、减震效果和经济性进行综合对比。最终结果表明,对比前两种传统抗震方案,用黏滞阻尼器消能减震不仅可以使结构满足罕遇地震的设计规范要求,使结构各方面的抗震性能更加系统、全面提高,同时还将节省大量的直接建造费用和长期使用中的间接修复费用。
The high-rise building:Pangu Plaza Steel Office Building adjacent to the 2008 Olympic Games venues is analyzed on structural seismic performance and economic benefit, by the traditionally increasing steel columns and beams; increasing seismic braces and using fluid viscous dampers (FVD) to absorb the seismic energy. The both structural response and economic analysis results show that the way using FVD to absorb seismic energy not only can make the structure satisfy seismic design code for the "rare" earthquake, but also totally improve the resistant capacity of seismic performance. In this paper, the future economic analysis result shows that using FVD to reduce the seismic vibration is the most economic way for both onetime direct investment and a long-term maintenance.
