摘要
济南黄河三桥是首座在黄河上建设的大型钢箱斜拉桥,采用就地造桥的方案,解决大型钢箱梁无法水运的难题。从总拼场地的论证选择、工艺布局设计、工艺装备配置、关键技术应用等方面详细阐述该桥钢箱梁制作方案,特别是板单元双向反变形焊接、横隔板单元二次切割工艺、"转角法"测量技术、桥面横坡控制技术的应用,使钢箱制作水平得到很大提高,为在黄河上建造大型钢箱梁提供了经验。
The Third Yellow River Bridge in Jinan is the first large steel box cable-stayed bridge constructed on the Yellow River. The problem that a large steel box girder cannot be transported by waterway has been solved by the in-situ bridge-building scheme. It is expounded in detail the manufacture scheme of the steel box girder from the general assembly site choice, process layout design, process equipment configuration and key technology applications, especially the use of plate unit double-pass reverse deformation welding, horizontal clapboard unit secondary cutting technology, "corner method" measurement technology and deck cross-sectional slope control technology, which improves greatly the level of steel box manufacture, thus providing a reference basis for building large steel box girders on the Yellow River.
