摘要
通过济钢15万m3煤气柜柜顶提升的具体实例,在充分阐述这种大跨度、大体积结构的基础上,针对煤气柜结构的特点,首先,解决煤气柜柜顶提升的受力支撑点的选择,设计了36根吊装柱作为受力支撑点,并通过计算验证此受力支撑点满足提升需要;其次,解决提升的同步性、安全性,经济性和效率。提升中采用72台SQD-250-100型液压千斤顶,72根钢绞线连接柜顶72个吊点,通过液压控制系统使72个吊点同时提升,满足了提升的安全性,且大大节约了时间、人力、财力,取得良好的经济效益。
It was introduced a case history of lifting the top of a gas holder(150 000 m3) for Jinan Iron and Steel Company,and was expounded in detail the large structure of large span as well as its characteristics.The choice of the force supports for lifting the top of the gas holder was the first important problem to be solved.Thirty-six lifting poles were designed as the supports which could meet the lift needs by calculation.Then,the synchronization,safety,economy and efficiency of the lifting were solved.Seventy-two SQD-250-100 hydraulic jacks were used to connect with 72 lift points on the top of the gas holder by 72 steel strands,thus the 72 lift points could be lifted simultaneously by the hydraulic control system,which ensured the safety and excellent economic benefit was got.
