MMP-2对人肾系膜细胞Fractalkine释放的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)对人肾系膜细胞(HRMC)干预后上清液中趋化因子Fractalkine(Fkn)释放的影响。方法用不同浓度重组MMP-2干预不同状态下的HRMC,用ELISA法检测HRMC上清液中Fkn蛋白含量。结果上清液中Fkn蛋白含量随MMP-2浓度增加而降低(P均<0.05)。结论重组MMP-2可以降低上清液中Fkn蛋白含量。
