T波电交替测定及其对预防性植入心脏除颤器的预测价值

摘要
我国每年死于心源性猝死(SCD)的人数超过54万,是仅次于肿瘤的第2大死亡原因。SCD中有88%为心律失常所致,其中恶性心律失常占83%。过去以INEF作为是否预防性植人心脏除颤器(ICD)的指征,但LVEF只能反应心脏的收缩功能,不能说明恶性心律失常的直接病理生理基础。2006年ACC/AHA/ESC发布的《室性心律失常和心源性猝死指南》将T波电交替(TWA)列为致命性室性心律失常危险性分层的Ⅱa类指标,
