超超临界锅炉管道事故及原因分析 被引量:7

Pipeline materials selection and cause analysis of accidents in pipeline for ultra-supercritical boiler

摘要 通过对部分超超临界锅炉因管材错用、焊材错用、焊接工艺不当或选用内螺纹垂直管圈水冷壁时发生的管道泄漏、爆管事故进行分析,阐述了目前我国超超临界锅炉的使用现状和发展方向.重点介绍了P92、P122等新型管材的特点,以及垂直管圈水冷壁与螺旋管圈水冷壁相比的优、缺点,并引用部分现场图片为例进行说明,指出目前超超临界锅炉在使用中出现的主要技术难点在于对于新型管材的特性的正确运用,以及内螺纹垂直管圈水冷壁节流孔圈容易发生结垢堵塞的问题的解决. This article analyzes the causes of waterwall corrosion and pipeline leak in ultra supercritical boiler,including misuse of pipeline material and welding material,the wrong welding methods,or use the vertical tube coils water wall;elaborates the status quo and development trend for ultra supercritical boiler.It emphasizes on new pipeline material just like P92、P122 steel etc.and compares the merits and demerits between vertical tube coils water wall and spirally water wall,and some on-site pictures are used in it to explain.Finally,the paper points out that the main technology in operation of ultra supercritical boiler is proper use of new pipeline material and disposing blocking problems of throttle which in the internal-thread vertical tube coils water wall.
