本文在介绍新疆煤炭大企业大集团入驻及项目规划实施概况基础上,分析战略实施过程中存在的突出问题,并针对性地提出建议,特别是金融支持战略实施的对策。

On the basis of introducing project planning and implementation of large-scale coal enterprises entering,this paper analyzes prominent problems existing in the process of strategy implementation,and then puts forward some corresponding suggestions,especially financial supportive countermeasure of strategy implementation.
