摘要
王甫洲水利枢纽老河道两岸围堤全长12 .6 km ,最大堤高约13 m ,堤体为砂砾石填筑,采用复合土工膜(PE 膜) 防渗,斜墙用二布一膜,水平铺盖用一布一膜,共计约110 万m 2,与粘土心墙加水平铺盖防渗方案相比节省直接费用约1 500 万元,并可缩短工期2/3 。较详细地介绍了工程设计、复合土工膜的选型试验、施工工艺及质量控制等。复合土工膜大面积用于水利工程永久建筑物的防渗工程上,在国内尚属首例,王甫洲工程的经验对土工膜的推广应用具有借鉴作用。
The total length of embankments on both sides of the old river course at Wangfuzhou Project is 12.6 km.The maximum embankment height is about 13 m.The embankment body was filled with sand and gravel.Compound geomembrane (PE membrane) was used for seepage control,with its total area of 1.10 million m\+2.A type of geomembrane consisting of two-layer cloth and one-layer film was spread as the inclined impervious element,and another type of geomembrane consisting of one-layer cloth and one-layer film was spread as the horizontal impervious blanket.This seepage control scheme could save about 15 million yuan direct cost,and could decrease construction period by 2/3,compared with the seepage control scheme of clay core wall together with horizontal blanket.The design of the project,selection test of compound geomembrane and its construction technology and quality control are presented in detail.It is the first case for compound geomembrane to be used on a large scale in the seepage control works of permanent structures of a water conservancy project.The experience from Wangfuzhou project has referential significance to popularizing the application of geomembrane.
