摘要
爱尔兰在2010年虽然面临财政赤字严重、经济复苏缓慢以及债务危机恶化等困难，但始终对科技创新给予高度重视和支持，采取了一系列鼓励科技创新的政策和措施，并取得了一定的成效，如加快建设创新环境、加速技术商业化、突出对重点领域和人才培养的支持等。本报告综述了爱尔兰2010年在科技创新发展方面采取的主要政策、措施和发展情况。
Though Ireland faced the serious budget deficit,slow economic development and deteriorative debt crisis in 2010, the government attached great importance to technological innovation and gave support by speeding up innovation environment construction, technology commercialization and talents cultivation. The paper summarizes the 2010 major policies, measures and development in S＆T innovation in Ireland.
