摘要
为提高半闭环数控机床的位置精度,建立半闭环位置控制数学模型,研究机床传动误差的补偿机理,构造半闭环误差补偿控制模型,并通过一个实例验证了该误差补偿方法的有效性。
To improve the position accuracy of semi-closed-loop CNC machine tool,its position dynamic control model was established.The principle of mechanical transmission error compensation was analyzed,and a compensation control loop was presented.The experimental result shows that the method of error compensation can effectively improve the accuracy of CNC machine tool.
