高职院校实习生流动党员教育管理对策研究——以浙江旅游职业学院为例

The Countermeasures on the Educational Management of Intern Floating Party Member in Higher Vocation Colleges

高职院校普遍存在学制短实习期长的特点,大量实习生党员流动到各个实习单位,为他们的后续教育和管理带来困难,这也是高职院校在新时期推进大学生党建工作的一个重要瓶颈。通过对实习生流动党员的基本情况和实习基地的调研分析,探讨新时期实习生流动党员教育管理的有效对策,以期进一步发展和提高高职院校党建工作质量,提升学生党员的整体素质。

Since the education system of most higher vocation colleges has the feature of short length of schooling and long length of internship,a large number of intern Party-members from the higher vocation colleges flew into various practical units,which adds difficulties to the follow-up Party construction work.This is also a critical hinder in the development of improving the Party construction work in the higher vocation college.Based on the analysis of their basic situations and practical units,this article puts out some constructive solutions to those floating intern Party numbers.It aims to improve the quality both of the Party construction work and the student Party numbers in higher vocation colleges.
