摘要
江垭大坝部分 R C C 施工, 将铺筑层由水平铺筑改成1∶20 ~1∶10 的缓坡进行斜层平推铺筑。江垭大坝采用这种施工工艺浇筑的 R C C累计达到4384 万m3 , 占坝体 R C C 总量的513 % 。钻心取样及压水试验成果表明,斜层平推铺筑法的施工质量总体上明显优于水平层铺筑法。斜层平推铺筑法还大幅度提高了 R C C 施工设备的综合效率, 降低了设备配置容量的要求,
The inclined RCC spreading method is to spread RCC by changing the spreading layer from horizontal layer to a slope of 1:20~ 1:10 . In Jiangya dam, the volume of RCC poured by adopting such technique reaches 438 400 cubic meter in total, accounting for 51.3% of the total concrete volume of dam body. The core boring and water pressure test showed that the quality of RCC by adopting inclined concrete spreading method is obviously better than that by horizontal concrete spreading method. The inclined concrete spreading method also greatly increases the comprehensive efficiency of construction machinery and decreases the requirements of equipment capacity so that it lowers the production cost.
