浅谈提高汽车塑件涂层附着力的方法

Preliminary Discussion on the Method of Increasing the Coating Adhesion of Automobile Plastic Components

汽车用塑料件的极性小、结晶大、表面张力低、润湿性差、表面光滑,这些因素均易导致塑件涂层的附着力变差。提高塑件涂层附着力是塑件涂装需要解决的关键问题之一。综述了塑件涂层附着的相关理论,包括溶度参数理论、物理吸附理论、润湿作用、锚固作用,并着重介绍了通过漆前预处理提高汽车塑件涂层附着力的几种方法。

The coating adhesion of plastic components is prone to be poor because of their small polarity,big crystal size,low surface tension,poor wetting and smooth surface.Thus improving the coating adhesion of plastic components is one of key problems to be solved.In this paper,the author elaborated some relevant theories including the solubility parameter theory,physical adsorption theory,wetting and anchoring role,and several methods were introduced to improve the coating adhesion of plastic components through pretreatment before painting.
