碳纳米管的化学修饰与表征

Chemical Modification and Characterization of Carbon Nanotubes

摘要 分散性是碳纳米管应用中的关键问题,采用混酸改性结合超声波分散工艺对碳纳米管进行了处理,并通过红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜等测试手段对样品进行了表征和分析。结果显示:混酸处理在纯化碳纳米管的同时,也在其表面接枝了羧基基团,有助于其反应活性的提高;超声波可以有效提高碳纳米管在有机溶剂中的分散性。 Dispersion is the key problem about the application of carbon nanotubes.In this article,carbon nanotubes were functionalized by liquid-phase oxidation methods,the samples were characterized by means of FT-IR and SEM.The results showed: Mixed acid treatment purified the carbon nanotubes,it is also makes the carbon nanotubes surface grafting of carboxyl groups,this groups can improve the reactivity of carbon nanotubes.Ultrasonic wave can improve the dispersion of carbon nanotubes in organic solvent.
