摘要 开发出一种上层为活性炭、底层为疏水硅胶的复合吸附剂,并与活性炭、硅胶单独吸附汽油蒸气进行比较,发现不同吸附剂及油气质量浓度对吸附容量及吸附热有大的影响。研究活性炭与硅胶不同体积比对吸附质量比和温度的影响,得出最佳体积比为1∶1。这样高质量浓度油气先被底层的硅胶吸附,低质量浓度的油气再被上层的活性炭吸附,从而综合利用了硅胶的不燃烧及活性炭吸附质量比高的特点,从工艺技术上降低了活性炭吸附放热的安全问题,进而还可适当提高活性炭有效吸附容量。 A composite adsorbent with upper-layer activated carbon and lower-layer hydrophobic silica gel was developed.The composite adsorbent,activated carbon,or hydrophobic silica gel was used to adsorb gasoline vapor,respectively,and their adsorption performances were analyzed and compared.The results show that various adsorbents and vapor mass concentration have distinct influences on the adsorption capacity and heat effect.For the composite adsorbent,various volumetric ratios of activated carbon to silica gel were considered and the influences of the ratio on the adsorption capacity and heat effect were investigated.The experimental results show that the optimum volume ratio is 1 ∶1.The vapor with high mass concentration is early adsorbed by the lower-layer hydrophobic silica gel,and then the vapor with low mass concentration is late adsorbed by the upper-layer activated carbon.Namely,the advantages of both non-combustion of silica gel and high adsorption capacity of activated carbon are comprehensively considered and taken,and accordingly the adsorption operation safety is improved and the adsorption capacity of activated carbon is increased.
