错流萃取分离二乙氧基甲烷与乙醇的模拟及实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 设计了二乙氧基甲烷和乙醇水溶液的错流萃取分离工艺,实验确定了以多元醇和水为复合萃取溶剂分离二乙氧基甲烷-乙醇体系适宜的比例。采用相分配系数法对该过程进行了模拟计算及萃取实验。实验及模拟结果表明:当原料与2种溶剂进料体积比为1∶1∶1时,经过3级错流萃取分离后,萃余相中二乙氧基甲烷质量分数可达99.9%,收率达99.0%以上。萃取相中所含溶剂和乙醇水溶液经再生塔处理后可分离出乙醇,其他馏分可循环使用。 The technological process of cross-extractive separation was designed for the diethoxymethane(DEM)-ethanol-water system.Glycerin and water were selected as solvents of extractive separation and its proper ratio was determined.The separation results of extraction were simulated by phase distribution coefficient method,and the extraction experiment was performed at the same time.The results show that when the cross-extractive progression is 3,and the volume ratio of water,glycerin and stuff is 1 ∶1 ∶1,the mass fraction of DEM in extractive remaining reaches 99.9%,and the conversion rate of DEM reaches over 99.0%.The aqueous solution containing solvent and ethanol are treated by regeneration tower to separate ethanol at one time,and the other components can be recycled.
