纳米Ag_2O催化仿生氧化偶联法合成苯并呋喃新木脂素XH-14

摘要 从阿魏酸甲酯开始分7个步骤制得苯并呋喃新木脂素XH-14。在关键步骤中使用通过简单方法制备的纳米Ag2O以比普通Ag2O更高的转化率使阿魏酸甲酯仿生氧化偶联成其二聚物。 Benzofuran neolignan XH-14 was synthesized starting from methyl ferulate in seven steps.The nanoscale Ag2O prepared by a simple method was used in the key step to catalyze the biomimetic oxidative coupling of methyl ferulate into its dimer with higher conversion than that of conventional Ag2O.
