四丁基高碘酸铵合成工艺研究

摘要 以价格低廉的四丁基硫酸氢铵与高碘酸钠为原料合成昂贵的四丁基高碘酸铵,考察了反应温度和反应物摩尔比对其产率的影响,优化了工艺条件。结果表明在反应温度为45℃,反应物摩尔比为3.5:1时产率达到了90%以上,从工业化及经济性方面考虑,具有非常重大的工业生产价值。 Tetrabutyl Ammonium Periodate(TBAPI) was synthesized using tetra-n-butyl ammoni and sodium periodate,also the influence of temperature and molar ratio of Tetra-n-butyl ammoni/sodium periodate was investigated and optimized.The experimental results showed that a high yield was obtained over 90% at 45 ℃ with molar ratios of Tetra-n-butyl ammoni/sodium periodate by 3.5:1,and this would give a high output in industry for its economy and industry analysis.
