顶空-固相微萃取法测定地表水中四乙基铅 被引量:3

摘要 建立了满足地表水中四乙基铅限值要求的"顶空-固相微萃取-气质联用法"。分析结果表明:采用空调及水浴控温使萃取温度恒定在23.0~24.5℃范围内,结合内标法进行定量分析,标准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.9995),检出限(3.143SD)为0.085μg/L;河流及水库水水样的加标回收率为93.2%~128%,加标样品平行的相对偏差为5%~12%。 GC/MS method with head space solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME) for analysis of tetraethyl lead in surface water was established.Extraction was doing in water under air-condition in order to improve the precision of HS-SPME method,and the temperature changed in rang of 23.0~24.5 ℃.Internal standard quantitative method was used to improve the precision of HS-SPME method,too.Results showed that the correlation coefficient and detection limit(3.143SD) were 0.9995 μg/L and 0.085 μg/L,respectively.Recoveries and relative deviations of spiked surface waters were in range of 93.2%~128% and 5%~12%,respectively.
