摘要
针对聚丙烯装置3月份大检修后开工运行阶段中催化剂在线混合器Z203频繁堵塞的问题,文章利用机械能守恒和混合原理从D201结构、主催化剂的配置两个方面进行了分析,并根据生产实际提出了催化剂配置的设想方法并解释了它的合理性。
On the fault concerning the frequent causes of blockage of on-line blender Z203 on stream after the overhaul inspection of polypropylene unit in March,using mixing principle and conservation of mechanical energy two main aspects,the structure of D201 and the preparation of the main catalyst were analyzed.According to production practice,a new idea of the catalyst configuration method was presented.
