摘要
介绍了变温吸附的工艺原理和流程,根据生产实践,分析了合成气装置TSA单元运行情况,针对TSA单元造成转化炉炉温和冷箱进料波动现象对程序进行优化,有效提高了炉温和冷箱进料的稳定性。
The principle and process of TSA technology were described and operation for TSA process was analyzed.Reducing the temperature oscillation of reformer and feed oscillation of coldbox,optimal operation was presented.Results showed that the reliability of plant was enhanced
