摘要 为探索新型化学创新人才培养模式,培养高素质、创新型的研究型人才,河南大学创办化学本科实验班,在管理上实行导师制,积极进行教学运行与管理机制、人才培养方案、教学内容与教学方法等多方面的改革与实践,力求在化学专业培养创新性、复合型高素质人才方面探索出一条新路。本文阐述了我们的具体做法,并对实践中出现的问题进行了理性的思考,提出了一些可行的建议。 In order to explore novel chemical innovative talents training mode and cultivate high-quality,innovative research intellectuals,the undergraduate experimental class of chemistry in Henan University was set up which managed under tutorial system.The reformation and practice in teaching operation and management mechanism,talents training program,teaching content and method were implemented and a new way to the innovative and integrated talents cultivation in chemistry major was proposed.The specific practices were expound,the problems in practice were rationally,and some practical suggestions were proposed.
