摘要
华电国际邹县发电厂超超临界机组使用的1 000MW汽轮发电机定子绕组个别测点温度显示值不正常,检查元件安装、接线情况并对存在问题的元件进行了跟踪测量,确定温度测量过程中存在电磁干扰和"接地环路"问题。针对发现的问题,对进行汽轮发电机定子绕组温度测量进行了优化改进,确保汽轮发电机定子温度测量的准确性。
In the Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant,the displayed temperature data of several measuring points in stator winding of 1000MW turbo-generator were abnormal.The elements installation and connection were inspected;the problematical elements were tracked and measured.Based on this,it was determined that there was electro-magnetic interference and＇ground loop＇ problem in temperature measure process.Aiming at the found problems,the temperature measurement of the turbo-generator stator winding was optimized and improved,so the accuracy of the temperature measurement of turbo-generator stator winding was ensured.
